Stopped by last night. I'm a neighbor and this is very much neighborhood bar. They make an effort to get to know you by name and everyone seems to know everyone. A small patio out front is popular especially right now with Covid. Their Taco Tuesdays are super popular, and they even have vegetarian options. I'm always on the look out for a good veggie options at a bar

My wife and I have lived in the Downer Ave neighborhood for the last 8 years. One thing we miss dearly since the pandemic, is the ability to dine in at Henry's. It's not only been one of our favorite places to have a drink, but I consider it to be the best burger you will find in the city of Milwaukee. I'm grateful Henry's continues to serve food and drink for takeout during this trying time. One of my comforts is a Naderburger and tots!

Henry's is the kind of bar you read about in novels, or that you see sitcom characters visit on the weekly. It is a place where, if you sit at the bar, you're part of the conversation and if you go twice, you probably won't have to tell the bartender what you're drinking. Everyone really does know your name. So, if you're new to the area and don't know many people, give Henry's a try...

One of the best hidden gems on the East side. Came here with a friend to catch a Brewers game after having dinner at Cafe Hollander. The beer is cheap and the crowd is fun! Been here a few times now, and it's slowly becoming routine to grab a drink here after work. The bartenders are great! And you really get the sense that this is a neighborhood pub where everyone knows each other.

WINGS, This is the 2nd place that i've ordered wings and they come out crispy and delicious which really makes a difference. And their fries are so good it also helps that they are open late for you to get something last minute. Pretty descent menu I will be going back to try something else
